COURSE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

The following cancellation/refund policy applies to confirmed bookings for our group courses and 1-on-1 courses:

1. Cancellation 15 or more working days before course commencement:
   • Eligible for a 75% refund of the paid amount.
2. Cancellation 10-14 working days before course commencement:
   • Eligible for a 50% refund of the paid amount.
3. Cancellation 5-9 working days before course commencement:
   • Eligible for a 25% refund of the paid amount.
4. Cancellation less than 5 working days before course commencement:
   • No refund will be issued.
5. "Pay What You Want" courses:
   • Subject to the same cancellation timeframes as standard courses
   • Refund will be calculated based on the amount you chose to pay

Please note:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted to our administrative team by email to contact@projectmanagementpathways.com
• The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be considered as the cancellation date.
• Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. See https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays
• When applicable, we aim to process refunds within 10 working days of the cancellation request.
